Terms & Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policies for Ayodele O Kolade Ltd (“Company”) as of December 2020 relating to Trainings, Seminars, Workshops or other Live events enrolled onto by you (“Trainee”)
PERSONAL MASTERY THROUGH SELF-HYPNOTHERAPY – MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
You must watch all of the videos and access all of the Training resources provided, completing every action required for your success in the Personal Mastery Through Self-Hypnotherapy Programme (further to referred to as the PMSH Programme). While the PMSH Programme is subject to updates, you are required to complete all of the material that was made available to you at the time of you purchasing the course.
You must be able to show documented proof that you have completed all elements of the PMSH Programme and accessed and used all of the resources provided. You must have completed ALL modules, have taken all stipulated action steps required in the order that they are delivered and taught for success on the PMSH Programme and provide proof of this before requesting a refund.
Company cares about your success and wants you to succeed using the PMSH Programme, you are therefore given an email address to contact in case of any issues or concerns arising while using the PMSH Programme. The email address is firstname.lastname@example.org You also have access to the Circle of Personal Mastery community, where you are able to ask for help and support. Before requesting a refund, you must have requested support from the available avenues – via email or in to the Circle of Personal Mastery community. Should you need support or assistance or if there is anything preventing you from achieving the desired results using the PMSH Programme emailing us at email@example.com or requesting support in the Circle of Personal Mastery community is your first point of contact. Before requesting a refund, you must show documented proof that you have contacted us and requested support AT LEAST ONCE either via email or in the Circle of Personal Mastery community. We will check our records and see how your request for support was resolved.
If you decide to stop using the PMSH Programme and request a refund, you must provide us with all of the documentation to support your request. You must inform us that you will be requesting a refund and that you have all of your documentation available for review AT LEAST 7 business days before the expiration of your 60 day money back guarantee. No exceptions.
If a refund is granted, your membership to the PMSH Programme will be revoked permanently.
ADVANCED NLP PRACTITIONER AND MASTER PRACTITIONER TRAINING
On your enrolment agreement, which you signed there are some points about cancellation—they are part of this cancellation policy. When you enrolled for this Training, whether or not you have used it, Coaching support was made available to you by your Coach or Trainer. This refund policy is based on that support as well as the training materials you received when you enrolled (if any).
You have acknowledged on the enrolment form that the non-refundable cancellation fee may only be applied to a future Training with Ayodele O Kolade Ltd for two (2) years from the date of the enrolment agreement. You can choose to extend this by paying the current rollover fee (current rollover fee is £100.00 per training).
If you decide not to attend the Training you have initially enrolled onto, as long as we are informed two (2) months or more before the commencement of the Training, then a refund of everything except the deposit for that Training and a £500.00 minimum cancellation fee per training, will be given.
Cooling off – 3 days if you are a British resident, 7 days for Trainees from other parts of the World:
This means that you have three (3) days to change your mind if you are a British resident or seven (7) days to change your mind if you live outside of Britain, and have your deposit refunded. After that time, these cancellation policies apply. Please note, if you were given or sent any books, manuals, CD collections, etc. as part of your Training, the refund can only occur after returning these items to our office in their original condition. If the items are not in their original condition, we will to adjust the refund accordingly to accommodate for the cost of the materials.
If you have paid an amount towards a Training you have enrolled onto, and that amount is less than or is the same amount as the deposit, then no refund will be given, regardless of when your cancellation is lodged.
You may have entered into a payment plan and received a discount. You must keep the payments current. Failure to do so will result in you being required to pay the full price for the Training and/or pay a penalty.
If you cancel your enrolment within or less than two (2) months before the start of the start of the Training that you have initially enrolled onto, then no refund will be given, and your complete payment will be brought forward to the next training of your choice (within the maximum timeframe of 2 years or less from the date of the first payment (known as the deposit)). You may also decide to purchase products or merchandise up to the value of the amount paid, less the amount of the deposit and a £500.00 cancellation fee.
If you decide, during the live Training, that the Training is not for you, as long as you let us personally know before the end of the Training, we will refund the entire tuition fee, less the deposit and the £500 cancellation fee. The refund of the tuition fee will only be made after you return the manual and any other training material given to you by us for Pre-study and use during or after the Training. Any claims made after the completion of the Training are not valid.
If you don’t show up at and fail to attend the Training you have enrolled onto without notifying us then there will be no refund due to you, although at the discretion of the Ayodele O Kolade Ltd management and depending on the reason, you may be able to attend another Training within the 2 year timeframe as specified above. If you abandon the Training at any point during the Training without first informing us, no refund is due. The cancellation fee is in this case is 100% of the amount paid.
REGARDING ALL TRAININGS, WORKSHOPS AND LIVE EVENTS
If during any Training, Workshop or Live Event (further to referred to as Training) you are found to be disruptive or unfit to participate in this Training by a representative and/or staff member of Ayodele O Kolade Ltd, you will be required to leave the Training immediately. No questions or discussions will be entered into, and Company representatives and/or staff will be the sole judge. In this case, no refunds will be given. All Training material including manuals are to be handed back to us on the spot.
In the case of a national emergency, an Act of God, terrorism or a natural disaster, Trainings dates or locations may be changed. In this case, no refund will be due. The credit may be transferred to another Training or used to purchase products and/or merchandise.
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales without giving effect to any principles or conflicts of law.
